Dear Ladies and Gentlemen!

 

We are very pleased to invite you on consecutive scientific meeting within International Symposium on Agricultural and Rural Development. The meeting is organized cyclic by Central-Eastern European countries concentrated on common idea of publishing scientific periodical  Journal of Central European Agriculture. This year we invite you to Poland, and the leading theme of presented papers and discussions will be „Safe food. Plant and animal production, management, market”.

We are convinced that proposed subject of Symposium is most actual and growing demand of market for high quality plant and animal products creates the opportunity for wide discussion of specialists from whole Europe and World. 

We hope our invitation will be accepted and we will be able to host you in Bydgoszcz, on beautiful Kujawy and Pomorze region.

Date and location

Symposium deliberations are planned on 18-19th September 2008 in the University of Technology and Life Sciences (Auditorium Novum, Regional Innovation Centre), located in Bydgoszcz – Fordon, Kaliskiego 7 Street.

 

General program

We anticipate plenary session with oral presentations of invited lectures, 3 thematic sections (animal production, plant production, management of agricultural production), brief communications and poster sessions.

 

Official language of Symposium

Official language of Symposium is English and Polish. Simultaneous interpreting will be provided.

 

 

 

Materials

Oral presentations and summaries of papers (in English) will be published in Scientific Publisher of University of Technology and Life Sciences in Bydgoszcz and will be available on CD. Full papers, after being positively reviewed, will be published in following numbers of Journal of Central European Agriculture.

Participation costs

Symposium registration fee is: 135 Euro or 500 PLN for Polish participants. Registration fee includes total costs of participation except for accommodation. 

We provide accommodation in single or twin rooms cost from 21 to 60 Euro (Student Hostel or hotel).

The deadline for payment: 31 May 2008.

The deadline for initial abstracts (in English) submission: 31 May 2008.

The deadline for full papers: 30 June 2008.
